L'alambic - Reservar mesa

I went to lunch here with a co-worker and the menu although small, had a good variety for different people's "tastes". There were salad, wraps, sandwiches and a couple of dinner-like options. We both had the tostada. It came with lots of beans and vegetables and a wonderful lime-tinged sauce. It was accompanied by a cole slaw that had more green leafy veggies in it than cabbage but that was OK with me...I like it when ordinary dishes are changed up a bit. Service was attentive without being annoying. The restaurant is small and so can get loud when it is full...

Have visited 4 times and tried 3 different dishes. The only way to describe the food is to call it amazing along with the super friendly efficient staff, it is truly a fantastic dining experience whether there for lunch or supper. The hamburger is he best ever, even more so than some of the places in Hull and Gatineau that specialize in burgers.Highly recommended for a fantastic dining experience.

Tonight was our first time at Bistro l'Alambic, where we attended a dinner for a friend's 40th birthday. Everything was excellent, from the snail appetizer to the veal main course, and the sugar pie dessert was to die for! Kudos to the staff who braved the heat and provided us with quick, attentive, and impeccable service. Truly, a big round of applause... this little restaurant is a real gem!

This restaurant is truly a hidden gem to discover. The atmosphere is warm and intimate, the service excellent, and the food simply delicious. You must try the smoked tomato arancini and the Fish chips! I had the chance to perform at Alambic with my band Saphir Avenue, and the experience was truly unique. We were very well received. I have already tried two delicious Tapas-style appetizers and am waiting for the pork belly sandwich. So far, I have to say it's top notch. The chef really knows how to combine ingredients to deliver an amazing taste experience! I will definitely come back to try more of the menu. I would recommend this place if you consider yourself a true foodie!

small restaurant with quite impressive cuisine. prices are hard to beat. The staff is very friendly. I'll give you dinner and dinner. We booked this place for 3 birthdays, 1 Christmas party work and a dinner for a bachelor and all people make excellent comments. Thanks to the whole team.
