L'Auberge Basque - Reservar uma mesa

We recently bought a house in the baronnies and were introduced to food by the seller in the Auberge Basque. We have often gedimt and Stéphanie and Hervé have never failed to feel like appreciated guests. The menu is inventive and we have never been disappointed with our choice of plate. Although the restaurant is not close to the A64, it is worth taking additional ten minutes to experience service as it should be. If you want to use their selection of wines and the full bar, they also have rooms available.

This was our first time to eat on Christmas day and what a revelation. We were greeted by the lady owner, who was so beautiful and to our Cavalier King Charles, Wiggie Woo, immediately and brought her water without us asking so thoughtful. The meal was simply amazing, beautifully presented, perfectly cooked, and the dining room was full and it had a great atmosphere. We will certainly come back (it is my birthday next month.

Called in for Sunday Lunch courses in what is by far the best Auberge' I've visited for some time, including having one of the finest Steaks that I've ever had. Cleanliness and comfort were up to the mark, and the service friendly and...efficient, albeit a little slow. Well worth another visit.

Called for Sunday lunch (3 courses €30) in what by far the best 'Auberge ' I' have visited for some time, including with one of the best steaks I ever had. Cleanliness and comfort were a sign, and the service was friendly and efficient, although a little slow. Worth a visit.

We stopped for lunch. Wondaful home cooking food, great hospitality, we felt as guests not as customers.
