A magic Fondue aux quatres Fromages or a classic Raclette, seved with a set of salads and products from Savoie and Haute Savoie. It reminds me the Table à Raclette in Saint Julien en Genevois in the Alps. Superb and friendly service, delighted to see that we still have wood spoons in the caquelons for the fondue. The true restaurant authentic with local Art Gourmand cheeses. Very happy to discover it once again. Perfect setting, of the fondue, high quality of hams with the Ancelle and Saucisson à la Chanterelle or dried beef slices so called viande des grisons, but also fresh and delicious cheeses, Munster Raclette or Beaufort Gruyere .
