Owned by a French man (from France), this small ice shop has more than just ice cream and sorbets. You have quiches, sandwiches, soups, real French coffee, homemade pizza... Every time I go, the owner lets me taste what the... His sandwiches, quiches, homemade croissants... are really good. You would think you are in a French cafe or something, except that the owner is really nice to his customers, unlike the Parisian ethics of customer service. If you're in the area, you should definitely be over!

Excellent mistake, we just walking in Sherbrooke West and my son want an ice cream and we didn't notice the place and when we are inside Voilà! Jackpot All ice cream we try was awesome! Raspberry sorbet Pistachios Rum raisin Choco Chiq Choco orange Well...located, clean, goooood service. And also have a coffee shop in the same local, so they can have also a latte or macchiato. Also have ice cream to go. With this hot have to return this week end. Enjoy your visit.

A good option to stop by and enjoy a tasty ice cream after a walk in the Westmount region. The ice cream was good and the ambience is nice. There is lots of options, but I was a little disappointed because they didn't have banana...for my Banana Split, then I needed to change my first choice to strawberries and ice cream and it was ok. We recommend to try it.

Bilboquet in Victoria Village offers a unique variety of delicious ice creams, sorbet and other treats. This is expensive ice cream but worth it if you seek the best. Very limited seating but you can take your ice cream to the outdoor parks nearby.... Reserve uma mesa agora

I go there from time to time with my children. Good choice of tasty ice creams in Westmount, fully priced (you are in Westmount, no suprise! but nothing really special mostly a take away, though there are a couple of tables on the side walk.

At a recent visit to my neighborhood gourmet ice cream shop. ... I realized I was very happy to live near Le Bilboquet. The high quality of ice and various treats are too hard to resist, and a better experience than DQ!

The sorbets are delicious and so is the raspberry +vanilla. Definitively worth visiting. The chocolate flavours are great and the staff is pleasant.
