preamble: I don't give notices on all the places I've been in, but only on those that have marked me, generally very positively or very negatively. I'm not looking for the little beast to criticize at all costs and I'm trying to make my experiences faithfully. Finally, if I can show indulgence on the kitchen, I forgive less a welcome that would not be the one expected of a restaurantmaker even when it comes to the bosses. and of course I can attribute 5 stars (or 1 or 2) to a gastro restaurant as to a cheap little restaurant but to the kitchen more than honest and to the friendly reception.
