We had some wonderful meals in Le Candille this fall and are in love with the hotel and restaurant. The food and service is top notch, and the surroundings – with the lights of Grasse, which sparkle over the valley of the windows, is magical. We especially loved a Cep-Pilz-Ravioli starter with a smooth estragon sauce. I'm still trying to figure out how to replicate the court. My important other favorite was a scallop dish that together a earthy cream style cachaça sauce, an Asian bean and some of the most buttery big scallops he had ever eaten!
