Les Caudalies - Reservar uma mesa

Wanting to discover the Jura region in general, and Arbois in particular, I selected the family-run Les Caudalies for both its focus on top-notch food and wine (with a MOF as sommelier) as well as its quaint location along the charming Cuisance river, yet in walking distance from Arbois' core center. The ground-level room was extremely comfortable and quiet, with comfy bedding and a spacious bathroom, while my lunch (Menu Signature with wine pairing) on the terrasse with a beautiful day was most memorable, with a very committed and professional service team. I would definitely return, and thank you again to Les Caudalies for such a relaxing and pleasant stay.

We were looking for some Jura wines and stumbled upon this delightful hotel restaurant. Wonderful professionalism and presentation and food. I would go just for the 15 Euro cheese selection. The sommelier suggested the wines and gave us an education about the food and wine of the area. The snails were perfect. Delightfully calm and measured. A real treat. And the cost was very reasonable I thought.

Logis near the centre of Arbois with new spacious terrace and view of the hillside. The six course menu was not over-facing, with a few excellent dishes and a monster chariot de fromages. My partner had the wine flight and although it correctly reflected the Jura region, we would have to say that these wines are an acquired taste.

This was a lovely experience. From a lovely bottle of Arbois Chardonnay served in the courtyard to the exceptional meal we received in the restaurant. No doubt an exceptional chef but backed up by exceptional service. Great experience and great fun! Well done to the sommeliere..

Wonderful restaurant in Arbois and certainly amongst the best in the region. Fantastic staff and fantastic food. beautiful view into the hills surrounding the town.
