I had the chance to stay at the hotel ibis city of the region of Toulouse a few months before the pandemic and discover this fantastic restaurant. More years later, my dinner was once more wonderful: tuna sashimi, ginger stuffed with cabbage and an apple in the oven worked in several ways. The presentation of the dishes is superb and the subtlety of the mixtures of flavors (the bouillon of the stuffed cabbage was extremely fine) delights taste buds. this restaurant deserves a better ranking on trip advisor or elsewhere and exceeds many much more expensive restaurants. here, it is not a simple exit at the restaurant, but a great moment of gastronomic pleasure.
