A perfect meal! A very nice balance of flavors and textures (just the right dose of acidity, just the right dose of spice, just the right dose of crunch next to the rest). Perfect mastery of cooking. A good knowledge of the products and their presentations accompanied by perfectly mastered tasting advice. Little extras added which are welcome and originality of local products which are a pleasure to discover and respect the local and the environment. Bravo to the chef, we feel the love of the profession.
