Oh la la. fortunately that I'm on a bike when I stop there, otherwise I'd go back with all the cakes. showcases are beautiful, pastry shops are very varied and creative. bread is very good too. The little sweetness I fear each time: the square with nuts. fall with sandy paste, ganache, nougatine, caramelized nuts.

We've tasted a walnut square, a slaughter. excellent, crispy and divine flavoured leaven bread.
