we are traveling in the last weeks throughout Spain and stumbled over this restaurant in our first night in valencia. that is the best meal we had in Spain. the creativity was spectacular with perfect fusions of Peruvian and Asian aromes. within each plate were layers of taste. the staff were friendly, brought our courts to us one time, and explained each court in detail to us. that's a must. we and we wished that we had more space! traditional kewitsche acid but strangely sweet with the fusion of aromen. the white fish over a bed of red planks, huge mais, fried maiskernen and more. it was our first dish and unforgettable. gyoza garnelen and GOUDA cheese over a bed yellow curry with some fri...

my favourite place in valencia! I went to lunch twice in two days. everything is fresh and full of colors and the chef is passionate about his art! I command it very much. everyone there speaks English, that is a huge for tourist!

Very good experience! Service is good and the dishes were amazing, especially the chilli crab! The only problem is that you have just one hour and a half to eat, as they work with two tables rotation per night.

This was our first Nikkei-Experience. The food was excellent and able to surprise us with delicately balanced and sometimes even new flavours. Thank you Manaw for a great evening.
