Mariscos El Pariente

I'm so happy to have found a place for bomb fish tacos that won't break the bank. I was definitely skeptical on eating seafood from a food truck but decided to take the risk after reading the great reviews for this truck. It was located alone on el camino and actually had a small crowd at around 2pm. There is a bench located in front of the truck. We ordered 2 fish tacos each and 1 order of the shrimp tacos to share (4 shrimp tacos in an order). There were churros on the ledge that looked good, but we weren't sure how long they had been sitting there. They also had flan and other drinks in the front of the truck. We noticed everyone with the coctels and the tostadas looked really appetizing....

Finally came here for the first time yesterday and I was impressed!! I ate the food so fast I couldn't take a picture. I got the crispy shrimp tacos which were very interesting. It wasn't my favorite dish because I ate them when they were already cold but they were flavorful. I also got the shrimp ceviche. The shrimp ceviche needed more seasoning it was so bland. I was disappointed because my friend said it's usually their best dish. We also got shrimp and octopus tostada and it was absolutely delicious. I recommend trying this if you like seafood

I love this place so much. Every time I come here they satisfy my craving for ceviche. They don't skimp with the to go order either. Thank you!

Really fresh bright seafood dishes served up in a flash! Will stop here again on my way out of town if they are open.
