Mcdonald's - Reservar mesa

Arrived at 9:30pm in the lobby, my friend went to the restroom and we walked up to the cashier and were immediately told to leave as the lobby was closed. I understand if it was closed but the tone with which it was said was extremely unprofessional and unprompted. The doors weren’t locked and the website doesn’t disclose a closing time for the lobby. The rest of the group left immediately while me and my friend waited for our friend in the restroom. After a minute the lady comes out from behind the registers and tells us we need to leave in the rudest tone. I explained we were waiting for a friend as she didn’t hear it was closed. Other employees were sweeping or on their phones sitting dow...

We ordered four (4) large drinks--nothing complicated about the order, but the automated assistant in the drive kept adding orange juices to our order. After four corrections a live person finally came on the speaker and tried to correct the order and they still got it wrong! We pull up to get our drinks and the girl helping us hands us three (3) large drinks and one (1) medium drink...informed her that we had ordered four (4) large drinks and the girl insisted that the small and large drinks were actually the same size??? We let the girl know that all the drinks were $1 so it didn't matter... smh!

Absolute horrible food that made me actually sick from quality, freshness, and preparation. Completely messed up my order, substituted things that I didn't even want without even attempting to let me know. Called repeatedly and they completely refuse to answer the phone after several calls. Worst McDonald's in the entire Johnson County area by far. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND TELL EVERYONE TO AVOID THIS LOCATION AS WELL. I will be in contact with the corporate office about this location, even if it is franchised owned. That says it all right there.

absolute terrible food that actually made me sick of quality, fresh and preparation. I have completely messed up my order, replaced that I did not even want to know without even trying to know. they always called and refused to answer the phone after several call. mcdonald is far away in the entire johnson county opposite. it is not as if this happened. I will be in contact with the company via this location, even if it is in the possession of franchise company. that says it's good. Reserve uma mesa agora

It was quite frustrating to walk from the hotel only to find that the lobby, which is supposed to be open until midnight as indicated on both doors, was closed at 10:30 PM. I would appreciate it if they could update their hours, even temporarily, to reflect the actual closing time.

While waiting in line, we noticed a woman crying by the window. Unfortunately, we were denied service due to our frustration. It seemed the chaplain wasn't communicating clearly and preferred to do things her own way instead of following my request.

Great service. One gal working inside last week (or the week before) was exactly the kind of morning person you would want working for you! She was engaged with the staff and engaged with the customers in a cheerful, friendly way. Great to see.

I visited this restaurant for the first time in a few years and was disappointed to be served cold meals. Is it standard practice to serve soggy fries? On a positive note, the playground is very nice! Reserve uma mesa agora

The staff at tge Louisville McDonald's are fantastic. Stopped with a large group of scouts, and everything went smooth. Added plus, the restaurant is always clean.

Awesome drive threw employee. Fast hot food. Only complaint was my fries were not salted and kind of old. Other than that good McDonalds.
