Mcdonald's - Reservar mesa

Worst Mcdonalds I've come across. Long waits; order is often wrong; staff usually seems apathetic. I can repeat my order three times and they will still get it wrong. Tonight, I waited 20 mins in line, then had to wait another 10 for my food. Young man came out to give me a bag and just shoved it at me. I told him what I ordered to confirm it was mine and he just nodded. Turns out it was my order, but was done completely wrong. Funny enough, the sticker on the box showed the correct order; guess they just didn't bother reading it. I tried to call, but phone is constantly ringing off the hook. Go elsewhere. There are plenty of other places in the area.

Ging on the way to work the other night and the lady who took my order sounded like she hates her job. Then I realized that she ordered all my food separately instead of the combos I asked for. Not only that, when I noticed, the lady in the second window gave me an attitude when I told them to return my order. Instead, they gave me a refund for a cookie I did not order and did not return my original receipt. My sandwich was either over cooked or sitting in a heating for a while plus the frits were soggy and cold. It's not just that McDonald's, but it seems like every fast food place in this area is now complete garbage.

Usually I have great service and the food is always warm from here! Only McDonalds I'm going to go. Tonight I literally saw two workers screaming together (not sure why, but exactly where I could see) and having my bag. Both pulled it apart. I came home and I didn't get a sweet tea, 9 pieces of Mcnuggets instead of 10, frying stone cold for my meal and my daughter the happy food, and none of the sauce I asked. Alittle disappointed and would be more crazy if I didn't know how this place is normally.

Since no one wants to answer the phone there I?ll just bring it here. Found a piece of plastic in my order of fries, and didn?t see it till I was about half way done due to it being near the bottom of the container the fries are in. This location is always so disgusting, most of the employees are so rude, and they?re super slow, I?ve only ever come to this one due to it being close to my school but not anymore. Long wait, always, no matter what time of day. Eating often wrong. Very under staff. It's not unusual to wait on the speaker box for 10 minutes, just to say that they're too busy or understaffed and can't take any orders, or I'll be able to take your order for another 20 minutes or I'm sorry about waiting, but I'm the only person working

Ordered 2 for 5.00 bbq McRib and a med fry, LG Dr pepper. The Med frys were terrible!! They were old. Not fresh. Really? Come on you were in a lunch rush!! How could they be old?. MCDONALD'S on ZUMBEHL is HORRIBLE!!!!!

This place uses to get 5 stars from me, but not anymore!! Their quality of food has fallen enormously. I don't know what happened. I hope they have it together.

My son had a blast! Staff was very friendly. Great night and experience. We?ll definitely be back!
