HORRENDOUS customer service! They just lost a long time customer. Phoned ordered ahead of time and was told it would be ready in 25mins. Got there, paid for my food after some issue with Yelp check-in then was told to go wait outside. Thought it was strange since it?s pre-ordered. But I went outside and stood near the opened door. Then the cashier came and closed the door without saying anything. Thought that was rude but I ignored it. After 5mins of waiting, I went inside to asked if the pizzas are done yet. We stop by Michael? Pizza about once a year when we come to the city to visit family. The location is conveniently located, and the pizza is usually ready in time. The pizza quality is right in the middle in terms of taste and appearance. Neither exceptional, nor dissatisfied, but not less satisfied. I recommend reducing contact with the staff as they are slightly irritated. Just tell them what you want in as few words as possible, wait quietly, then pay and take your pizza without a different comment. Everything outside this routine can lead to discomfort.
