Midori Sushi - Reservar uma mesa

My brother helped me pickup and said it looks like the restaurant is still closed for dine in if that's the case this place is doing a great job keeping up with take out orders! I was pretty impressed by the meal. The only downside for the hibachi steak lunch was usually hibachi comes with noodles and fried rice my brother expected his meal to include the buttery fried rice they usually have with hibachi meals. Also, the katsu pork had some of the fried layer coming off but that is to be expected since it was heating up in the container and creating moisture. I hate to have to write this negative review because typically this restaurant is a place that I love for sushi! I ordered their lunch special on DoorDash which is a great value, but I received it with a long piece of hair on top of my sushi. Sadly DoorDash did nothing to help me and the restaurant did nothing because it was a DoorDash order. So if you are willing to forgo high sanitary standards, you can try your luck with Midori. Honestly every other time I've been here I've never had a problem. But after this instance and the way there was a lack of handling with customer service I won't be back.

Truly a staple and one of my all time favorite sushi restaurants. If you want value, come here from 11:30-3pm Monday thru Saturday. Yes, you read that right, Saturdays are included in the lunch special menu. The best deal for sushi is the any 3 rolls for 12.95 in my opinion. If you want quality, come here any day of the week. My favorite special roll of theirs would be the Blue Crab Fantastic Roll: BBQ eel and avocado inside, outside top with martuated blue crab w. chef's spicy creamy sauce. They are definitely one of the most consistent places that never disappoint.

Midori is a good place to eat sushi. Used to be my go to place for sushi in HP based on price. The quality is ok- not the freshest but price beat Sushiana for example. Food: 3/5 The quality of the fish used in the sushi rolls are OK, not the greatest but not bad either. Definitely a good place to grab a quick bite. Price: 4/5 Good prices especially their lunch specials! Average: 3.5 (rounding up to a 4) Honestly after Mr. Pi's Sushi-Kumamoto opened up that has now become my go to because the freshness of the fish is much better with extremely comparable prices

Good solid sushi. Fast delivery! Very fresh and delicious. Prices reflect the quality of the food. Since living in the neighborhood this is the favorite of the family, wife lives the sashimi dinner and the kid loves the salmon dinner. I'm a fan of the party one combo, five rolls and a special roll (retails here up to $15) for $49 (10/22). Post pandemic the dining room is still closed, they do a phenomenal delivery service, can't go wrong if you're a fan of sushi.
