Mike's Shawarma - Reservar mesa

First time going here and I really enjoyed the food.The meat was very fresh, best chicken shawarma I've had in Newmarket. The salad was great, and I enjoyed the potato gravy on the rice. That being said they seemed a bit unorganized tonight, and I recommend calling ahead and preordering. It was a 23 minute wait for my walk in chicken shawarma dinner to be ready. The great food made up for that.One other note i think you should add a sign where to order/line up because everyone that came in while I was waiting was confused where to line up. The setup is different then most as you walk through to the cash and pay first, where most places ring you up after the food is made.

This restaurant is incredible. I have tried several Shawarma places in the area, but Bake's tops them all. The portions are generous, the food is delicious, and the prices are reasonable. The staff is always friendly and appears genuinely enthusiastic about working for a local small business. Mike, in particular, is very welcoming, greeting every customer and remembering frequent visitors. The food is so good that I have been back several times in just a few weeks since my first visit. You can truly taste the difference when the food is fresh, and choosing Mike's restaurant is always a good decision!

got a falafel pack, a huh shawarma platter and some baklava! the chicken-shawarma plate was definitiw the standout! they serve it with some of the best hummus I had ever had, their choice of salat and the huh on a bed of rice and kartoffeln (i chose pommes). really enjoyed it and the portion size was definitely worth the price. the falafel was in the middle and my pack was a little too dry for my liking, would have added more sauce. the baklava was great. the service here was super friendly, the definitiw the experience made great.

Fist Time here and I have to say the food was great! Had the Chicken Tawook very tasty and great serving size! The owner was super friendly even gave us a free sample of one of his all in house made deserts! It was awesome as well! Definitely will be going back! Give them a try you wont be disappointed! Went last week and got a fattoush salad with chicken shawarma. Portion size was great, super friendly, chatted with me the whole time. Great customer service! Was given a sample of homemade baklava which was amazing! I have been here a several times and have always been impressed. Will definitely be back soon

Mike's Shawarma and Falafel Pita is definitely one of the best places in town for shawarma. My friends and I traveled all the way from Peterborough just to try it and we were not disappointed. The fries were also delicious. We can't wait to come back and try more of their menu.

Had my first chicken shawarma at Mike’s today and WOW! Normally I find the chicken dried out at other places, but Mike’s was tender and the fresh ingredients made it even better. I would recommend Mike’s to anyone who wants a quality Shawarma.

This place is top-notch. Everything is always fresh. The beef is made to order so it never dries out, and the chicken is perfectly flavored. They balance sweet flavors perfectly to ensure every bite is bursting with aroma.
