Update 1/23/2022.To be 100% fair with the business, the 2nd owner called me a few days later to apologize for what had happened and offer me a gift card for the inconvenience. It's a small gesture that makes a big difference from a customer perceptive. I'm updating my review from 1 star to 4 star.I rarely give 1 star review.I still can’t believe the owner refused to refund me $16 for a 12’’ pizza I never received.Long story short, when my wife arrived home with the take-away order I made over the phone, the 12’’ pizza was missing.I called Mondo, expecting to be refunded for a pizza I never received, and the lady who picked up the phone (the owner) refused to do it. terrible, terrible service. we called ahead and asked if they could treat our party of 9 (two families). they said yes. They had a party in the neighboring private room (15) when we arrived, but the area was empty. he waited 50 minutes for the first appetizers. (two meatballs) they said the kitchen was “overwhelmed”. it was said that the rest of the food would be “balanced.” 20 minutes later. nothing. the restaurant was with less than 20% capacity. the waiting staff seemed good; clear is the kitchen the problem. which kitchen needs an hour to make a meatball for a mostly empty restaurant? an hour and 19 minutes after sitting the second plate arrived and then several dishes including a plate...

A fantastic Italian fine dining experience at a reasonable price. Almost everything we got was great, but the salads were a bit disappointing. Pizza is fantastic and the pasta dishes are spot on. While a bit more expensive than I'd like, the appetizers were also great.

Fine dining .food and service best we have had in a very long time veal picata perfectly cooked and wine sause well balanced , pasta cooked just right. Thank you for a most enjoyable evening .

Great experience! Food is fantastic and staff very accommodating. Received our food in a timely manner, and James our server was awesome! Will definitely be coming back.
