As a fan of Thai food from Toronto, I was unimpressed with this restaurant. The hot and sour soup had potential with a rating of 3/5, but the portion size was too small for the price. The $7.95 soup could be finished in just five spoonfuls, making it seem overpriced. In Toronto, a larger portion could be found for just $4. The basil noodles were disappointing with a rating of 2/5. Despite being labeled as super spicy, I had to add a lot of hot sauce for flavor. The lack of taste and mushy texture, along with the steep price of $13.95, left me unimpressed. This restaurant has a lot of potential. I have been twice and both times the food was excellent. The first time I tried the spicy beef, which was spicier than I anticipated but still tasty. The restaurant is beautifully decorated with a modern and clean atmosphere. The only downside is that the seating is a bit limited, with booths that are only suitable for two people. However, since I visited during opening week, it may have improved since then. The lunch menu offers great value with a spring roll, soup, and a large main course. Be prepared for a big meal. The staff are attentive and ensure you have everything you need. I highly recommend trying this place if you haven't already.

I had an amazing time at My Thai Place! I ordered the Curry Pad Thai and my boyfriend got the Beef Panang Curry. The portions were ample and the plating was beautiful. The ambiance was classy with crystal water glasses and neatly folded napkins. Despite the bustling crowd, our server was attentive and provided top-notch service. The dishes were so tasty that we didn't even need to use the soy sauce and garlic chili. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves Thai cuisine in North Bay.

Nice little restaurant that offers delicious foods. Ideal to go on a date night with your spouse. The last time we went we found that the service was lacking a little bit, server didn't come back very often and it took her a while to come to our table when we first arrived, but the food made up for the wait. Excellent customer service. The server took the time to answer all our questions and was very attentive. We were passing through the town and decided to try this place on a local’s recommendation. Fantastic food. Everything was very tasty. They were extremely busy with take out. We will go again for sure.

Their deep fried tofu is insanely good. I also recommend the salad rolls and highly recommend the spring rolls. I wish the Crab Rangoon were smaller and came with more for sharing but they are also delicious. Oh.. and friendly service!

This is my favourite Thai restaurant. Fast, friendly service, flavourful food. The interior is modern authentic Asian. Their pad thai and red curry with spring rolls and crab rangoon are my favourite dishes.

We stopped for lunch and food was good. Setting is clean and service was fast. I cut 1 star because both our plates had chipped edges and I really dislike that.
