Nothing Bundt Cakes

The first experience was fantastic five stars all the way. The second time not so much. We ordered the smaller packaged cakes that we are all fresh and tasty. We ordered a larger carrot cake at the same time. This carrot cake was dry and not as fresh as the smaller cakes were. If you spend north of $60 for desserts, you should expect quality at this price. At least they shouldn't have sold me what I think to be a stable product. Overall, I give them another chance, but I will buy the smaller cakes instead. Update: For their credit they did it right and offered a credit. Five stars for a great product as well as customer service!

I ordered online, and when I picked up my order, everything was ready. You had a great customer service. You helped me right away. As far as taste, nothing Bundt Cakes never fails. The cakes are always moist and delicious.

I love these cakes! The ladies behind the counter were so helpful and friendly. I had the most pleasant experience during my purchase and I can't expect to come back!
