This charming ice cream shop truly adds a romantic and delightful touch to date nights on Main Street in Unionville. It's definitely one of the most popular spots in the area. I love the extensive selection of cones and ice cream flavors available. They also offer handcrafted chocolates and fudges that not only look delicious but taste amazing! My husband and I stopped by to browse the treats and get warm drinks. The cashier was not friendly right from the start. I said I wanted an iced caramel latte, got a hot one. Literally just tasted like warm milk. My husband’s coffee tasted like Tim Hortons yet we paid 11$ and change together. Super overpriced for what we got. I would have understood if it was above average (I am an avid fancy coffee shop visitor). The cashier processed me quickly, rudely and acted in a rush, leaving me no time to browse which I made clear I wanted to do. The coffee was filled to the very top with no room for cream, sugar, etc. They would have made more money from me if it was a different experience! Not goin...

Ice cream there is really good, ask the staff for a recommendation on which one to try and they are well known in their ice cream and can tell which one you will like the most. For 1.5, get it dipped in various flavours of chocolate and experience heaven. Ice cream does melt fast when you sit out their patio so grab napkins. Just wish they had a wash room to wash your hands after getting ice cream all over your hands

I have always enjoyed visiting this place because they offer a wide variety of ice cream and treats. I wanted to take my children here, but unfortunately, it is not wheelchair accessible, so we couldn't go. I inquired with one of the employees about a portable ramp, but they didn't have one. Some interesting things in this candy shop! Very expensive and the shop owner or baker or whoever she was very rude for customers and employees alike! Don't make a good shopping experience. Not anywhere I come back!

I used to visit 2 to 3 times a year this place for its ice cream. Yesterday there were 2 new young ladies without any training. I paid approximately $50 for 5 small, stale ice creams, low-quality, and damp.
