a highly recommended yet refined restaurant for everyone. it is casual in the sense that the waiting staff do not explain in great detail what was in any court or where it came, although there is a garden and a living wall of micro-greens when they go. the menu (pre-pre-fixes) is always short that 3 people can realistically order everything on it. the rindertare larbe is a very natural combination between tartaric acid and Thai influences. the presentation is beautiful and practically every part comes with salad, mint, zilantro and fish sauce. the tartaric acid is quite rough with fried garlic, cashew and small garnels for the texture. the aromas are not as intense as larb, partly because ne...

came here to the lunch prix fixe with 6 people and it was a wonderful experience, although I had some higher expectations in. eating was fresh and high quality, but the portions were very small. we felt pretty hungry. but for such a creative menu and fun experience, I would say it is worth coming. olmsted also makes a fantastic place for food allergies and nutritional restrictions (although their vegan/gluten free brot option was strongly disappointing, any other substitution was great.) our favorites were the suppe and the carrot cake. they also have very fun and delicious cocktails and cocktails!

average price for the style, large portioned, large taste. would come back. I tested the beef remover, think it was a bark meat tar with fish sauce and cashew. flavorful and bigger than expected. also had the duck, which has really intense aromas, but balanced with great texture. Maybe it's good to drink with some acid or on the side.

I love the exterior and interior decor. It’s small inside but they still feel spacious with the way things are. I haven’t get a chance to see the backyard and maybe next time with a reservation.

4.5 stars! service, eating and ambiente were all excellent. our standout dishes were the rutabaga tagliatelle and chocolate mousse with crème fraiche whipped cream.
