Outback Steakhouse Euless

This place was a great disappointment. My husband I wanted to get out have a steak drinks. We placed our order 8 mins later we were brought our salads. We literally had no silverware ? to eat with. My husband tried to grab the guy’s attention that brought our salads to ask for silverware but he ignored him kept walking. So we waited 10 mins for our waiter to come but she never came. So my husband had to get up go find her let her know we needed eating utensils, she said ok told the hostess to get us some, the hostess told her ok she will be there shortly. The hostess went back up front sat 2 sets our customers down at tables gave them silverware. 7 mins passed we still have not received anyt...

came with my friend, had the pleasure of tiffany as our waitress. she had many tables, but she took care of all. her service was impeccable. I noticed the manager, scott, also to step up in great way and make sure that all the tables were taken care of. we have the ribs and they were phenomenal. they just fell off the bone and had great taste. comes back every time and asks tiffany!

the good tasted good, but I waited for eating 46 minutes and 57 seconds. I've been waiting and it was too long. even if eating tasted good, it was not necessarily worth the time of waiting. the place is nice, dark with a little yellow light, and a little strong music. the only improvement to make eating faster and distribute it faster. look at themselves if they like good steaks.

WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU THINKING!! They introduced a prime rib sandwich... but it's always well done. dry.. crunchy.. not what I would ever want in a steak of any kind. seriously think its from yesterday's leftovers. what a horrible horrible idea. I wish I had taken a picture but they whisked it away so quickly I didn't get to.

the customer service was excellent. enter: toowoomba lachs (salmon covered with garnel and mushroom sauce) drinks: the wallaby darned (vodka) hisaussie rum punch (rum) hersstop by and ask for miss kaitlyn (waitress)Dominique (manager) thank you. they will not be disappointed to trust me?
