Pane, Olio E Pomodoro

Had an absolutely fabulous last meal in Paris at Pane Olio e Pomodoro. Italian cusine at it's best, some really nice fresh tasting ingredients, cosy little place to eat and good service too. We booked online on the day because we had heard it was really busy, glad we did as it was absolutely packed! Delicious meal and a really nice waitress who seemed genuinely interested and was very good at recommending options. We are both Vegetarian and had no trouble eating here. We ended up having a delicious Truffle Bruscetta and Aubergine Parmagiana for starter and then a truffle pasta dish for main as well which was divine. This was a pleasant surprise for us on the last night in Paris! A local Italian gem just north of Oberkamph is perfect for anyone who loves Italian food or just looking for a ‘break’ from French food. The food was great and the service and cocktails were excellent! The only limit is the wine list, which has plenty of ‘table wine’ options, but the wine list is limited to this type of wine. We will definitely consider coming back if we are staying in the district the next time we are in Paris!

Went here thanks to the the reviews on Trip Advisor. If you like truffles, don’t miss this place. And if you don’t, this restaurant will satisfy your every wish when it comes to Italian food. The menu is quite short, but that’s not a problem. Every course is to die for. Well worth the visit!!

The pasta here is gorgeous, especially the 2 linguine! Thus we came here for the second time, we both tried some different items but the cheese taste is too strong for us. Appetiser is in big portion, suggested to be shared, if not it is difficult to take main course. Reserve uma mesa agora

Great Italian restaurant serving fabulous selection of pastas with delicious,rich sauces of truffles, porcinis tons of cream leaving little room for deserts of panna cotta tiramisu (though younger members of the group managed them!
