I normally don't write a review, but the management at this location needs to change. My wife and I have ordered here a number of times since we moved to the area, and have been disappointed pretty much every single time. First, they are always out of a main ingredient for our favorite things like chicken, bacon, tomato, or avocado. There hasn't been one time where they weren't out of something, and they can't blame supply shortage issues because other paneras in the area aren't out of these things. I had the chicken chipotle avocado melt. It was very good tasting but so small. I had the chicken corn chowder soup with a roll and that was tasty as well. Food tastes good but for what you pay the portions are small.

Customer service is terrible, the food is undercooked and shaped. I got an old avocado on my Chipotle melt sandwich. I couldn't even eat it. I was wasting my money.

A wonderful You Pick 2 Chicken w/Wild Rice Soup and Caesar Salad w/Chicken. And I got a Bear Claw Pastry To Go to Enjoy Later! Love This Place!
