I received the wrong item with my order. When I called to report it, I was told that the driver would come to exchange the incorrect item. However, when the driver arrived, he didn't have the missing item and still took away the wrong one. I called the store again and was told it was my responsibility to keep it. It seems like Papa John must own this specific location, as the person behind the counter is incredibly dedicated and is always on duty! He's a genuinely nice guy who makes excellent pizza and provides exceptional service all around. I waited 40 minutes for my order, even though the app indicated it would only take 14-24 minutes. When I received my food, the box was crushed, as if someone had sat on it. To make matters worse, the garlic sauce packet was already opened. I will never order from here again! Reserve uma mesa agora
