Pho Phu Thinh Vietnamese Restaurant

After my Boxing Day haul at Coquitlam Centre Mall, my family and I went over to Pho Phu Thinh for late lunch. It’s the Vietnamese restaurant beside Copa Cafe in Coquitlam. Pho Phu Thinh Storefront. #12. Noodle Soup with Sliced Rare Beef, Well Done Flank Tripe. I felt like having pho since it was a cold day so I ordered a #12 large. It had sliced rare beef, well done flank, and tripe. I really liked the broth actually. It had a cleaner and lighter flavour compared to other pho places in the area such as Delicious Pho. The noodles and beef weren’t bad either. However, when I was trying out the tripe, I noticed that there was a piece of plastic around it! I was already more than halfway through...

Spacious, clean , friendly and authentic Vietnamese run place. My first time here, had the #10 small pho thai bo vien $8 . In general the pho broth was good, even dad, who makes his own pho, gave a passing grade.<br/ <br/ The broth had good flavours, aromatic, but a touch greasy. I did enjoy the noodles and bo vien beef balls texture just enough bounce. Dad noted he felt they gave too much noodles, relative to other ingredients.<br/ <br/ The menu is a bit limited just the typical selection of Pho, Bahn Mi and some vermicelli and rice dishes. Not really any vegetarian options, only the shakes and drinks maybe ? , so I wouldn't recommend going here with vegetarians.<br/ <br/ Overall it's a goo...

Good Pho, clean restaurant and I had very good service. I had the spicy Pho with beef, chicken and ham, it was very good, next time I will get the Pho with rare beef as it looked awesome.

Great food for a great price. I go here once a week for lunch. The only problem I have is you stink like onions after you leave this place..... Never used to be like that. What happened? Reserve uma mesa agora

Their noodles are chewy but not to chewy and their soup is not to salty it's just right, and their grilled chicken is packed with flavours. The service needs some improvement though.

The food and service were good, but there was no public washroom, which is a pain when dining with children. Other than that initial inconvenience, it was an enjoyable meal.

I've been there several times. The Pho and lemongrass chicken are very good. The spring rolls aren't anything special. And like most pho places, service is not good.

This is the best spot for Pho in Coquitlam. Whenever I have the chance to visit Coquitlam, this is the only place I go to. Reserve uma mesa agora
