Piada Italian Street Food

First time here at Piada and will be my last! So I ordered 2 to go items: chicken carbanara and a protein bowl. Which I was highly looking forward to after a long day. Upon arriving home and opening the meal I gazed upon what I thought was some other meat in my food but quickly realized it was what was supposed to be grilled chicken that was really charred. I decided to return for an opportunity to clear up the food items, and upon returning the manager on duty asked me “what’s wrong with this item?” I informed them this is not acceptable and they informed me “this is how our chicken comes.” Very upsetting I left and got chick fila. Food always tastes good. However, the last three times I have been the wait has been very long. They are just understaffed it seems. I would advise against ordering “curbside delivery” on the website. I arrived when the email said my food would be ready and clicked the prompt in my email to let them know I had arrived. I waited in my car for a good 15 minutes, and eventually had to call them, and it seemed like they weren’t even aware of my order. When I went yesterday they only had 3 people working and it took 45 minutes to get through the line. my Caesar salad was really good, but the 20-minute waiting time in line was a real disappointment. my man and I chose this place, who thought we could eat a fast, tasty food at 5:30 o'clock, but that was not the case! there was no lack of workmen (probably 8 between the food pre-distributive and casss register) but each step of the process was slow as a melass. to the happiness it ended with a good meal! their chocolate cookies are delicious.

I saw the place a few years and finally stopped. they seem to be a franchise, the Italian street food. had the carbonara with huh and the caesar salat with huh. both were very good can not wait to go back and try some of their other menu items. fast service healthy options. beautiful environment.

Food is alright. Wayyyyyy overprice for a small bowl of pasta. Nice and clean ambiance tho. The line was moving very very slowly. I wouldn’t want to come back here again.
