Pizzeria Ristorante Al Capone

When you've had your fill of wurst and Austrian delicacies and looking for some familiar comfort food this is the place to try. It's a mix of both Italian and Greek specialties and much more upscale than the title would imply. Although they serve wonderful individual pizzas as well this is no pizza joint. They have a very varied menus of well prepared fish, meat and pasta dishes. I had perfectly grilled fish and flavorful roasted potatoes along with the salad bar. The decor and lighting is lovely and they have a varied wine list, including some local wines. The restaurant is located right on the main street of the charming town of Krems, so it's easy to find.

I have tried many pizza services in the city krems, however the best one out of all is Al Capone. It is a little bit expensive but when you are looking for a perfect pizza then you are at the right place.

This was only one of s very few restaurants open after 9pm in krems and it is very good. For good pizza/ pasta I would recommend this restaurant. Not fancy-but good!

Very nice staff and a huge menu. The area is a great place to stop and grab a drink. I didn’t eat but the drinks were good and the service outstanding.

Near the waterfront. Very good recipes of Italian culture. Service according to Austrian standards. Rich wine catalog including local whites.
