Poissonnerie Develay

Highlight of our trip to south France, worth a trip to get the sea food platter. You can watch the live lobster being picked up, prepared in the store, and prepared nicely and put in the big ice plate. The oyster was also high quality. Would definitely come back next time! Oh, it was impressive to watch the preparation of oyster, the operation was like a show, very smooth and professional.

This is a fantastic fish place. Try the ‘bar’ (sea bass) or the lobster. Everything is perfectly fresh. It helps to speak French here but these guys also give great advice on how to prepare the fish too! Loved these guys
