Pollo Tropical - Reservar uma mesa

I give 3 stars because the food is usually good, but the person who runs through on Sunday night 7/17/22 is why I 't give a higher rating. He cut us off several times when he tries to order, and he clearly had an attitude without reason. I get it when we stopped the line and didn't know what we wanted, you could speed things up, but we knew exactly what we wanted, and according to every article we ordered, he always asked with an attitude, 'is it? 'How can you finish my order without you repeatedly cutting me off while I annoy myself?

Unlike other reviews, I always have a great experience. Laquanna on the ride through is always pleasant, friendly and ensures that my chicken is cooked to my pleasure. She always has my sauce in her pocket and I never had missing items. The food here is always fresh and I never have to wait an extensive time in the drive-thru like almost any other Pollo Tropical. I'll go on.

This place should get a Michelin Star. Exceptional fast, professional and friendly service. The best chicken I ever had. The cook even gave us a tour through the kitchen and my wife a cooking lesson. I can't recommend this place enough. Thank you. Pollos Tropical!

Food is always good and fresh. very clean very nice. They are now serving alcohol.

The food was fresh. Latin version of Boston Market Kinda. would go back.
