Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Went through the drive through and ordered 3 meals. 1 spicy fish, 1 regular fish and a chicken sandwich. First we got half way home and realized we got fries instead of red beans and rice and no utensils. Went back and they fixed it.Started driving home and realize both fish were spicy. Drove all the way back and asked them to fix it and please remake the rest of our order. The manager looked at me and said , well it's not our fault. They did give what we thought was an original fish. After all that we get home to pickles a on a spicy fish in a wrapper marked original. To sum up all I wanted was my order to be replaced with hot meals after 30 minutes of back and forth driving. To be met with...

I am very disappointed about this Popeyes location, no organization, manager sat in the lobby for 20 minutes, while the rest of the crew I think they would call work. only person communicated with us was the cashier and she had to stop what she did to command. I ordered online and pickup was 6:46 pm, think they, I came at 6:30 and got my food not until 7 pm without type of excuse or anything. I'm gonna order it from here last time. I am patient, but that is ridiculous, I have ordered online to avoid waiting. I just came home and my order was wrong, they gave me a 2 piece, I should get a 5 piece, 2 cookies and 2 pages.

Although I love this chain restaurant, the service is absolutely slow. The drive-thru line is ALWAYS long, and it could take an hour or more to get your food or order. Now, if you have nothing better to do in your life and can spare the time...you won't be disappointed. The food (when received) is ALWAYS hot out of the fryer,so I can't complain that much. I wish they had a Chick-fil-A drive-thru concept.

I love Popeyes but you should avoid going to this location at all costs. You’re gonna wait in line for anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour in the drive-through and I promise you they’re not going to have half of what you want when you go. On the off chance that they do have everything that you want you’re probably not gonna get half your order anyway. Just drive the extra 15 min to 192.

Good food but service is a hit or miss. Sometimes there's 2 people working and it's a hour per car it feels like or sometimes a full store and it goes quick.Sometimes you get great food sometimes it's a few tiny pieces of chicken.Good but a hit or miss on service.
