It 's hard to tell you in words what the experience is like to take the first bite of this magnificent food. You open the door of this family owned and operated restaurant...and the smell hits your nose immediately! You have just entered another dimension of culinary artistry! Food at it 's finest! The chicken stands on it 's own. One smell...one bite and you are hooked! Perfectly seasoned and prepared..fall-off-the-bone tender. The hot hummus is silky smooth...the heat just starts as a tickle...then builds and builds...releasing maximum full flavor. This is truly so hard to do. It's Mediterranean on the VERY HEALTHY side; low fat, low carb and fresh. I had the pita with spinach chicken with hummus instead of the vinaigrette. Next time I'll stick with the vinaigrette because while very tasty, the chicken seemed a little dry. I also had a side of cucumber salad in a yogurt sauce that was very good probably one if the best I've had.

It's a very good restaurant with friendly staff, reasonable prices and a great host. I had half chicken with pita, hummos and meditterian potato salad. My girlfriend chose falafal plate. Everything was great and taste it delicious. I definitively can recommend it to visit it.

Awesome food always at Poulet du Jour, a local, long standing, family owned restaurant. The best garlic sauce and pickles. Everything is great! Latest photo shows their Veggie Plate so good!
