Puer Simple - Reservar mesa

I had a pleasant breakfast at Pur Simple on Banks in Kelowna today. It is one of the best breakfast spots in the area, but it can be a bit pricey. I was surprised to find out that they charge an extra dollar for sourdough bread without informing customers beforehand. The manager did remove the charge when I brought it up, but it would be helpful to let guests know in advance. Overall, the food was of good quality, but the prices are higher compared to other breakfast places in Kelowna like Smitty's and White Spot. Food was ok, but nothing overly special. Been here a few times now and just finished up breakfast to find they now charge $1 extra for sourdough …. A very basic bread choice. There was no mention of the extra charge for sourdough on the menu when I asked our server about the charge, she simply replied that it was an extra charge the same as gluten free bread ? .. when I said, it wasn’t mentioned on the menu, she said “not all locations charge it” so I replied with the fact that she should have mentioned it when my wife asked if they have sourdough bread and she simply said “I talk a lot and forget to mention that charge sometimes”$1 is clearly not going to break the bank for either of us, bu...

I had a terrible experience at another breakfast spot, so I was thrilled to discover pur&simple. The food was delicious (they even customized my order by cutting off the egg whites for me!) The waitress was amazing and made me feel very at ease and welcomed. The atmosphere was lovely, with plenty of natural light coming in through the windows and everything was impeccably clean. I will definitely be returning next time I am in Kelowna. Thank you, guys, you're doing an excellent job! ?

The food was not served hot, but it was not the fault of the kitchen. There was no quality check done, no coffee refills, and most of the diners were ignored. Two customers came in and stood waiting for a few minutes without being greeted, so they ended up leaving. Despite there being only about 5 tables, the restaurant was not busy. We had to ask for the bill and waited for the server (Shaida) to return with the debit machine. Overall, it was not a great experience. Reserve uma mesa agora

Very tasty food at a price that seems on par for restaurants these days. Breakfast/brunch type of place. Atmosphere is modern farmhouse, and it was not too packed inside. Waitstaff was attentive and knowledgeable. We got the Black and Blue, and the Gourmet (eggs, toast, bacon/sausage and pancakes... and eggs, toast, bacon and a waffle) plus two really nice smoothies. Definitely not a cheap diner, but we will go back for sure!

This place is overhyped for no reason. I order over easy, and 100% of the time, the eggs are hard with a solid yolk. This is a breakfast place, so why can't they do the most basic part of that? If that's no bad enough, the quality has dropped over the years and the prices only go up.If they could cook eggs properly, I might have given another star or two...

We were well taken care of. Quick to be greeted by the host, feedback was taken during and after the meal.Service was fast and efficientExcellent food, which was well prepared and served with great presentation.The ambiance was good, and as expected of any restaurant of this kind. Cafe was clean and welcoming.

My Avocado Lox toast was delicious. Toast, a tiny bit of Avocado, loud, red onions, capers and micro greens. But I have to admit I was disappointed by the butter-like thickness of the Avocado layer. Tasted amazing. Just wish it actually started as Avocado Toast. Reserve uma mesa agora

Food was great.But apparently hot chocolate was not hot enough , i had it in one go. Anyways I didn’t have a problem with that. I won’t deduct a point on that basis. Servers are very polite and helpful.Great experience.

The food was fine, though I didn't think the portion sizes were good for the price. Service was terrible and restaurant is incredibly noisy. Why is it so hard to find a restaurant with decent service lately?
