Passage this evening, order at 9 p.m. at the terminal for a takeaway order for 2, service at 9:40 p.m. with a shortage on a product, fries still frozen inside and uncooked churros. Only one server seemed to be struggling (I heard him ask for my wrap at least 3 times) but the others were not in turbo mode! Catastrophic! Less and less well, there are rats wandering around near the restaurant (probably inside too). 40min wait at the drive-thru, she makes me pay for the sauces but forgets them!
