Railway Hotel - Reservar uma mesa

A mate and I stopped there for lunch on Sunday 08/09/2019 after visiting the aviation museum. I had a grilled chicken burger (note that it had TWO layers of chicken) and my mate had the beef schnitzel. Naturally I had to have the meal deal with a coopers pale ale included in the price. There was a live band setting up but we didn 't hang around. But it looks like was going to be a great afternoon of entertainment. Highly recommended.

Our group of 35!!! dropped by for lunch. We booked and sent advance orders to help the Chef!!! Its nearby the Railway, Maritime and RAAF Museums which we visited on the day. The size of our group was a big deal for a smallish pub but the staff were fantastic the beer was cold and the meals were great...served promptly, delicious and with a friendly smile!!!

Great place to have a drink, it has been refurbished so it does not look old The staff were quick to serve you, there is seating inside and out. There were a number of Craft beers on offer. Good to visit if you are passing but nothing exceptional.

Great meals at a good price. Salmon was perfectly cooked and the schnitzels are always a highlite too. The Railway is a no pokies pub which has live music on weekend afternoons. Friendly atmosphere and service.

Had food here. It was made fresh and served hot. Very tasty. Excellent service. Beer good too. Lovely “old” pub which has live bands.
