Restaurant Matinee

We discovered this restaurant on tripadvisor and decided to try it based on the positive reviews. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment. The waitress took an unusually long time to take our order, seeming preoccupied with chatting to her friend even though the restaurant was nearly empty. The food also took a long time to arrive, leading me to wonder if they had to purchase ingredients when we placed our order. It became clear why when our plates arrived over half an hour later. It appeared that our pasta au gratin had been left in the oven for too long, resulting in a dry and overcooked dish. Some of my fettucini was so hard it would break. I went for a late breakfast around 10:30. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. The food was prepared quickly and the portions were generous. The restaurant was clean and modern, with great service and delicious food. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I will definitely be returning. It's a nice place to visit whether you're alone, with friends, or with family.

The service was fast, but there was a mistake with my toast. Overall, I would rate it a 4 out of 5. However, the eggs were chewy, the bacon was overcooked, and the potatoes were extremely salty, so I would rate that part a 2 out of 5. The restaurant itself was clean, earning a 4 out of 5 rating.

Came after soccer..... Can scratch this place off the bucket list. Not bad not bad at all. Although the kitchen was little slow, the good was good an fresh. Everything was hot, fresh and nachos were excellent. Awesome for a quick lunch in the middle of St Jean! Enjoy

Use to go there all the time for breakfast or lunch and was excellent! Last visit was just that LAST! Service was the worst. Took forever to get our food and it was mediocre....very disappointed!
