we visited this restaurant several times due to its child-friendly (playroom) and comfort. so far we were always quite satisfied with the most friendly service and eating ok. But today we were very disappointed. we have a table reserved for the five of us. before we visit the pool, 3 hours before dinner. when we arrived at the restaurant, they offered us a table for four (distances the restaurant empty) and expected our three children (6.9 and 12,) to share the bench or add an altnatiw a chair at the top of the table (sortment in the passage). we then asked for another table that they gave us in the adjacent Italian restaurant. the waitresses were friendly and eating for three of us five cam...

nice to the breakfast and a pretty solid salatable. but the evening meal was very bad. our experience echoed others in that the service was slow; in our case it was also muded so that the court that had for pommes frites salat, and...vice messed up. the worst had to be the vegetarian option of a curry and dahl with rice. that must have been the worst, so I have eaten rice that was neither sticky nor not (it was meant not to be) dahl,' that was only the lenses from the salatable and a minute portion of butternut cheese (I think) in any sauce. the great news is that immediately out of the holiday park, is a beautiful Swiss bar and restaurant offers a truly authentic Swiss menu to appropriate t...

now, as regularly in the cold months, the swissholidaypark wellness is a top-high Romatic place to visit. after a good wellness, they want to sit down and a good meal, something to leave their taste shops, good wine and good service, and be pampered. for all above, there were less than fulfilled our expectations. How bad. every time I go there, I hope that's gonna change. I avoided it for 3 years. but nothing changes. well, maybe a day

as an hour waiting, average eating, high prices. the atmosphere is not pleasant, much too busy and loud. Above is that children are welcome and the view of the mountain is beautiful.

The view was great, the personnel was average, the food was so l-l , the waiting time was very long ... just would have expected something more classy here ...
