We were on a day out to the mountains, not sure where to stop for lunch, then spied this roadside hostelry, not much to look at, however looks can be deceiving , we were offered a table outside, adequate but limited menu, but all prepared fresh, we had pizzas and salad niscoise , good find as it is so remote!

We came at 8:00pm it was still sunny and hot. The owner made everything possible to make a shady place for us. The owners are a friendly couple and the service was lovely. The food was delicious. Great place to eat!

My partner got lasagne and I got pork ribs. Both meals were ok but no more than that. Sitting outside you can keep an eye on the traffic in Gorge du Verdon. The waiter was a little too smarmy for our taste.

Brilliant pizza, some of the best we have ever had! Crispy, tasty and all fresh. Excellent place to stop! Pizza genial! Une des meilleurs qu’on a mangé et on va en Italie tout le temps. Superb!
