Horrible service, horrible drivers and using GrubHub for their delivery service. On Sunday night 2/5/2023 @530pm, I placed my order for delivery. At 630pm, I called the restaurant to see where my food was, the person on the phone said your food was the next one out the door and will take 10-15 minutes. The driver calls and says what 's my address, I said you are at the wrong address. At 730pm, I recalled the business and told them what happened, the owner or general manager got really nasty with me and I almost cancelled my order. Last night I ordered seven burgers from Brooklyn location for me and my workers we were working at construction Night Shift. I strictly told the guy when I made the order that I would like to get the food nice and warm by the time the driver arrived. The food was very cold. French fries was missing Burgers were disgusting impossible to eat it. I made my points when I need the food for me and my workers the worst service and this is not the first time this will be just the beginning of the review.
Some of the stuff we ordered was great (Philly sandwich). On the other hand the burger was very dry (some people my like that, but not my taste).It was busy... so maybe I'm being a bit harsh... but there are so many burger joint open in Brooklyn that you need more then old metal pictures on the walls to stand out.Food: 3/5
Stay away! Horrible food. Horrible service. Horrible people. If that isn’t enough for you, you’ll wait two hours for delivery and get your food cold. I’ve never wished this on any establishment, but they deserve to go out of business. Ya’ll have no business being in this industry.
