I’m Japanese and have had a lot of sashimi from cheap to a bit expensive in Japan and learned how to pretreat and cut fish to sashimi, so I exactly know the freshness of raw fish. I had 12 pcs salmon, scallop and octopus sashimi, Karaage teishoku and Japanese green tea Genmai cha, which is Japanese green tea with roasted brown rice). I honestly recommend this restaurant due to pretreated fresh sashimi and real homemade-ish Japanese Karaage.I ate sashimi at another restaurant also but, this is the best quality and served with a special soy source called sashimi soy source and wasabi paste. The sashimi, especially octopus was well seasoned.Also, Karaage was chicken legs as same as a real Japan...
