Romeo's Pizza - Reservar uma mesa

I'll start by saying we've ordered from here before and have been satisfied. This last time we ordered our food showed up burnt. They were closed when I went to call to let them know. I messaged on Facebook to show them the food and never got a response, it's been a week now. We called today and explained and the person on the phone said they would let their manager know. Have had multiple orders back-to-back-to-back messed up, does not matter whether we call to order or place order online. I cannot think of another place we order food from that we can consistently expect something to be made incorrectly to how we order it (simple things, like removing items from a sub). Reached out to company on Facebook to mention this, never heard back. Despite these issues, the wait time has never been long and food has been fresh. So that's a

LOVE the stuffed crust pizza!! PERFECT everytime. I order EVERY Tues since its BOGO free...Thank you for this Great deal!! GREAT customer Service!! Paige Mackenzie know me when I walk in make sure I get pizza sauce instead of capone...SO Friendly and Go out of their way.. had a slight issue with my rewards and Jeff fixed it- made it right! Steven is helpful and kind..ALL the employees here are friendly and efficient..WAY TO GO Lagrange Romeo's! GREAT Pizza GREAT

Lodi was ?too busy? to deliver to us tonight. Disappointed with that. No one delivers out here except them. Called Lagrange and asked if they would deliver to us. They were so kind on the phone and checked the address and said yes! Order came fast, fresh, and fantastic. The pizza is expensive! BUT, it is so good! Thank you, Lagrange Romeo?s for delivering to us. It?s a huge treat to our family being out in the country where no one delivers! We are appreciative!

Simply not good! Gave this location multiple chances since they?re closer to me than Medina, but it has been a bad experience each time. Pizza not fully cut, toppings stuck to top of the box, and just not the same quality I have come to expect from Romeo?s..
