Rubio's Coastal Grill

I’m visiting from out of town, and I actively sought out Rubio’s because of multiple previous positive experiences. Of course, I ordered the original fish tacos. Unfortunately, tonight’s experience needed some improvement: the air conditioning wasn’t working; there was no ice available for drinks; and the fish in the tacos was folded in half before frying (almost like a ball) which is just not compatible with a taco. I’ll be back, though.

1. Order got messed up. We placed 3 orders together in person, after confirming the details, an order was completely removed. Also small request was ignored. 2. The waitress might be very new and she was very slow at taking orders. The person after us even left since the only one before us was taking forever. 3. The food is always cold.

delicious and fresh food, more reasonable price. I love her california bowl with grilled garnel

Food always seems kind of cold or moderately warm. I like my food hot!
