The food is okay. Not great, not bad, just average. The moist brisket really upsets me because if that's what passes as moist, how dry is their normal brisket? The sausage is good, albeit a little overcooked. Barely any dressing on the coleslaw, and what was there fell to the bottom, so it was watery. But the potato salad was so good I could eat a whole gallon if you'd let me. The potato salad is the only reason theres a 3 star rating and not 2 star. Im also concerned that it's $8 for .25lb brisket, I get that meat is getting pricier, but that seems too much. I don't know if all of this is my experience because I ordered with Doordash, so I got bottom of the barrel? Maybe going in person is...

Truly a unique experience. The food is pretty good as well. These folks are pretty good at doing barbecue.
