Saigon Bistro - Reservar uma mesa

This is a very good Vietnamese bistro where I am always enjoying the authentic and freshly prepared Vietnamese food. For me, as a business traveler in the South of Paris, the food in Saigon Bistro in Arcueil is a welcomed and delicious variation of my nutrition while traveling. The bistro is owned by a Vietnamese family and the owner is a very nice conversation partner. Tasty food, healthy, good and low fat ingredients at really fair prices.

Been here many times (close to work) and invariably get the loc lac sautéed beef which is served with tomato flavored rice. A Vietnamese classic, at Saigon Bistro they throw some fresh pepper onion into the stir fry, which for me is perfection. Not fancy, but clean and welcoming, as well as being vary reasonably priced. And the ice coffee, with condensed milk, goes down perfectly with, or after.

The meal was nice: I had a vegetarian nems served with a really good sauce and the vegetarian fried noodles. The place is quite nice without being overly comfy. The service was really good and the owner seemed really nice (this is a small family business). This is the ideal place if you want to grab a quick and good Vietnamese meal.

Came across this gem on our last day in Paris. I have to say the pho broth is one of the best I've ever had! I really recommand :
