It is in Irwindale and somewhat far from central LA but this is one of the few restaurants serving duck stuffed with 8 precious ingredients and sticky glutinous rice. The trip was worth it. A rare treat from the past. This dish was only served at banquetson festive occasions and the recipe ???? has long been missing. You have to order this at least 2 days in advance. Other greatdishes in the same category included the steam shrimp paste over black mushrooms and steam layered tofu. There are regular chowmein, chow fun and rice dishes at reasonable prices. Bo Bo, our server, provided excellent customer service. Compliments to thechef for a meal well done.
