Sara'zin - Reservar uma mesa

We had the opportunity to cook sara'zin during a week dinner. the restaurant is located in an alley accessible from the main axis of Pont-Audemer, on the sidewalk facing the church. the places have been well filled tonight, you have to think about the reservation. contact with the team is extra, we can quite talk and ask the questions we want. the hotel offers cakes, pancakes and other specialities of the Western france, but carefully selected ingredients and with revisited recipes. For example, it was possible to take as a dish a cake with the purée of cabbage, parmesan and hazelnuts. Les plats sont fins et recherchés, et le personnel très sympathique. Nous étions venus pendant la dernière soirée des Mascarets, et avions dû quelque peu attendre pour dîner (complet). Cela valait le coup car nous avons adoré leurs galettes/crêpes qui sortent de l'ordinaire. Devant un tel engouement, nous sommes revenus quelques jours plus tard et avons goûté d'autres plats tout aussi savoureux. Ils vont fermer à partir du 4 août pour quelques jours de congés, et nous ne manquerons pas d'y refaire un tour de temps en temps.

everything is perfect in all simplicity. a levy of the square, under a small porch discover the cakes and temple pancakes full of flavors of the chef. reception and super service

Nous avons pris la crêpe du jour avec de la truffe et pleins d'autres choses. Super. Le cidre était très bin aussi. Excellent restaurant et bon accueil
