Our clients invited us to dinner here and I am happy they did. Although it is located in the Snoor area it is a very local spot. The menu has soups , salads and a few sides to choose from but in general, the dishes are on the greasy heavy side. We were offered a delicious Parmesan pannacotta as a courtesy and the bread is top quality eat some ! I ordered lamb which was the special of the day. It came with potato mash and truffle oil. Taking a walk through the cobbled streets of the old city center of Bremen you can find a multitude of good restaurants, among them some work colleagues from Bremen recommended this for dinner, and the truth is that they chose the place very well, we were in a reserved room where we could dine 16 people while we talked about our affairs, the restaurant staff always very friendly, attentive and aware of our needs of special dishes, wines, where to leave the coats, and above all the excellent food, with many typical German dishes, I tasted a salad made with local garden products and a fish from the same river that crosses Bremen, It has a multitude of excellent wines from around the world, we...

I ate dinner here and had a great meal. This restaurant is an old part of Bremen called the Schnoor. The district has extremely narrow windy streets and is fun to walk through. This restaurant is decorated as a fine dining restaurant and offers tasting menus. I ordered the plaice, a European flounder, and Grauburgunder. The plaice was pan fried and topped with bacon bits. The dish came with potatoes and a cucumber salad. I received an amuse bouche and some very nice breads and butters.

This is a nice place for dining. The interior is tasteful and comfortable. Too sad that my dish “Kutterscholle” wasn’t to convincing. The fish was a spot raw and the whole plate wasn’t harmonious in itself. The same was concerning the taste, I had this kind of dish already better being served. The other guests were happy with their choices... some you win some you loose....

An exquisitely cosy restaurant in the heart of charming Bremen. Very original menu and all the dishes were fresh and tasty. Absolutely no complaints. Friendly service and very reasonably priced for a European city. Dinner for four including wine came to under EUR270.
