Shakou Sushi - Libertyville

Many vegetarian options and beautiful interiors. The vegetarian midola role is a must try. The menu in the restaurant does not explicitly specify vegetarian dishes, but our server was helpful to give correct recommendations. Your dessert menu is also very diverse, I tried the chocolate lava cake and it was not disappointed. Very recommended Shakou!

Very chill atmosphere. Though, the last time we went, our waitress wasn’t very nice. Seemed very mad and she didn’t come to the table that often when we needed refills or napkins. Other than that, the braised short rib is amazing as well as the chicken katsu.

Nice presentation with the food. The staff was friendly and the place was so elevated. Very recommended to come here if you are in the Libertyville area, is a higher end restaurant, but it is worth it.

This place is stunning and so a cool mood. The drinks are strong and the food is delicious! Do not skip on appetizers, they were amazing. Service was top-tier on fresh and tasteful sushi!

Absolutely great atmosphere! We loved music and interior! Great appetizers, salads and . Must come back. Large separate room for private events service is great
