Smokey Bones Melbourne

We went to Smokey Bones on April 5 with another couple..my bill was put on her credit card. I was also charged for my meal $31.03. Plus a $300.00 tip added by Citrine. Spoke with Daniel and then Alex who was the manager that night. He apologized and stated the $300.00 will be taken off..it was not..I gave called corporate with no response. Alex fave ne his cell phone number to keep on touch. Now he ghosts me..they also gave me someone else's bill and credit card numbers on it. I have gone to Smokey bones. Every one said it was their mistake and it would be cleared..all lies..avoid them. Vivian southard

We had lunch with friends Viv. When our checks came we used the table top charger .. Citirene our Waitress came back and said I don’t think you meant to give me a $300 tip and she would correct it. Of course not we said. I had my receipt. When I checked my AX I was charged 2times. Viv card was charged for her meal plus $300.00 tip. Meals were only $31.03…No one would leave $300 Tip Smokey Bones will not reverse and Credit her card and her card has closed the caseA thief has been made by CITIRENE AND THE SMOKEY BONES MANAGMENT.

We got the Big Mag Nachos! It was “big”!!! It was delicious!!! Marissa was amazing!!!! She was quick and courteous! Definitely will be back!!! Thanks Marissa!
